My therapeutic approaches include CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), solution-focused brief therapy, person-centered therapy, and positive psychology.
I have completed a B.A. in psychology with high distinction at the University of Ottawa, a M.Sc. in cognitive and clinical neuroscience, specializing in psychopathology, as well as a Ph.D. in neuroscience at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
