“Reach For Change”

Craig Hollis is a member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA)

My passion is to walk beside my client during a journey towards healing and growth.

I believe every client deserves to be treated with compassion. We all experience emotional wounds that hinder us from personal growth. Counselling is a process that reveals and heals wounds. In counseling, my clients gain self-understanding and self-awareness, and become empowered to make changes toward growth.

I work with clients in the areas of: depression & anxiety, grief & loss, trauma & abuse, anger management, self-esteem, boundaries, communication skills, life transitions, premarital, marital, parenting, and family.

I am a member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

SET – Systematic – Existential Therapy is a private practice providing services and supports to individuals and families who are living with mental health concerns.  Using SET, I work in partnership with clients, offering services that are person-centered and sensitive to individual needs. I am proud to serve our community, raising awareness of mental health issues, fighting the stigma too often associated with them, and offering support and assistance to help people suffering from mental illnesses.

I strive to provide professional, confidential services, and take care to remain regulated by, and to uphold the ethical standards of CCPA and the provincial mental health laws and health care provider ethics of Ontario.
